These Terms apply to your use of ragaloom.com and to any purchase from RagaLoom (“RagaLoom”, “we”, “us”), A-213, A Block, Sector 46, Noida, India. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

RagaLoom sells handcrafted Indian musical instruments and accessories, shipped from India to buyers worldwide. Contact: info@ragaloom.com · +91 75033 59491 (phone/WhatsApp).

2. Products

• Our instruments are handmade. Wood grain, colour, finish and decoration may vary slightly from the photos.
• Instruments described as tuned to A=440 Hz are tuned and checked before dispatch.
• Product descriptions and specifications are given in good faith.

3. Prices and currency

• Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). Prices shown in GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD are converted using the rates on our site. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping is charged in addition to the product price and is calculated at checkout. See our shipping page for rates.
• Prices do not include import customs duties or taxes. These are paid by the buyer.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, payment fails or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment received for it.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping and customs

Shipping rates, the countries we ship to and customs information are on our shipping page. Some countries cannot be shipped to; checkout shows no shipping option for them. Delivery to some remote areas costs an extra $40, as explained on the shipping page. You are responsible for giving a correct address and phone number and for paying any import duties and taxes.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns can be requested within 30 days for orders under $600, and within 10 days for orders of $600 or more. The buyer pays return shipping and any customs fees. Full details are in our returns policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photos, videos and logos) belongs to RagaLoom or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as customs delays, carrier disruption, natural disasters or strikes.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
