RagaLoom instruments are handcrafted in India, tuned to A=440 Hz, checked before dispatch and shipped worldwide. This page lists the countries we ship to, what shipping costs, and what to expect from customs.

We ship from India to the countries below. Some countries can’t be shipped to: if yours is not listed, checkout shows no shipping option for it. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Shipping rates
Orders ship by FedEx/DHL. The shipping cost is a base rate for your destination plus $25 for each item in your order. For example, one item shipped to the United States costs $20 + $25 = $45, and two items cost $20 + $50 = $70. Costa Rica is a flat $69. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout.

Rates are set in US dollars. If you switch the currency selector to GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD, the shipping cost is converted at the same rate as product prices.
Remote areas
For Australia, New Zealand and Bulgaria, remote-area postcodes are not included in the rate. An extra $40 applies for delivery to a remote area.
Mexico
Mexican customs requires information from the importer of record/recipient for clearance. Mexican legal entities need an RFC. Mexican individuals and legal residents aged 18 or over need an RFC and a CURP. Individuals under 18 need a CURP only. Foreigners need a tax ID from their country of nationality, or a Social Security Number or passport number.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. They are set by the customs authority of the destination country and are paid by the buyer.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default. You can switch to GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD with the currency selector.

Every instrument is checked before dispatch. Our harmoniums and shruti boxes are tuned to A=440 Hz.
Returns
Read our returns policy: 30 days for orders under $600 and 10 days for orders of $600 or more. The buyer pays return shipping and customs.
