Return shipping and any customs fees are paid by the buyer.
Original packaging
Please keep the original packaging safe if you would like to return the item.
Handmade instruments
Because we sell handmade items, an exact copy of any product photo is not possible. Small variations in wood grain, colour and finish are part of a handmade instrument.

- Orders of $600 or more: return within 10 days.
