Handcrafted in India, shipped to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
For many families in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuwait City and Riyadh, the harmonium is part of home. It accompanies weekend bhajan sessions, children’s music lessons, gurdwara kirtan, ghazal evenings and festival celebrations. Local stock can be limited and expensive, so RagaLoom ships handcrafted harmoniums directly from India to the Gulf.
Pricing note: Prices are shown in USD by default (you can also choose EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD). AED, SAR and QAR are not available at checkout.
Made for home music, lessons and devotion
Every RagaLoom harmonium is handcrafted in India, tuned to A=440 Hz as standard so it works with keyboards and apps your music teacher may use, and checked before dispatch.
For children starting lessons
Small hands and small apartments both favour a compact instrument: – 27-Key Mini Teak Harmonium – 2¼ octaves – Mini Magic Teak Harmonium – 32 keys
When they outgrow these, a 39-key model is the natural next step. See our Harmonium Buying Guide for Beginners.
For bhajan, ghazal and family gatherings
- Mahogany Standard Harmonium – 39 keys, 7 stops
- Teak Standard Coupler Harmonium – 39 keys: the coupler gives a fuller sound in a living room
For gurdwara and temple kirtan
Complete the ensemble
- Sheesham Wood Bolt-Tuned Dholak
- Bronze manjira and khartal
- Teak wood shehnai for weddings and festive music
- Shruti boxes for vocal riyaz

Heat, AC and dust: care in the Gulf
Gulf homes run air-conditioning almost all year, and the air outside is hot and dusty. Both conditions are hard on wood and reeds. – Never leave the harmonium in a car. Cabin temperatures can damage glue and reeds. – Don’t place it directly under an AC vent. The cold, dry airflow dries out wood. – Keep it covered in its bag to keep out fine desert dust, which can make reeds buzz or go silent. – Play it regularly to keep the bellows flexible.
Our care guide covers dust, humidity and storage.
